I just finished one of power drawbars using the 3/8 butterfly air
impact.
It is installed on my manual mill with no brake applied. There is
enough
inertia in the spindle and motor assembly that the spindle does not even
turn when removing or inserting a tool. By the way it sure is handy.
No more
reaching to the top of the mill to twist that wrench. Should have done
this
a long time ago...
