I did offer the blank servo amp boards for sale, as an educational project,
more than a product for sale. It was too complicated and expensive to
compete with the likes of Copley Controls. I don't think any of the 30 or
so people who bought them actually got them working. I would have expected
more contact with the builders when they were getting ready to test them
if they ever got that far.

I do sell the PWM input servo amps, which are now on the 5th generation
past my original analog servo amp. They are so much simpler, maybe 1/3
or even 1/4 the parts count.

It is slow, but it works, if you are patient. I just use the Z axis
drive of my CNC mill
as the plunge axis for the EDM. It would work a lot better with flowing
dielectric.
