If you look at the cable with the latch down and the sockets toward
you, the fourth pin from the left edge on top should be the "magic"
one. Tie it to ground (on either side of it) and the power supply
SHOULD come up IF there is sufficient load. I use old sub 1GB hard
disks (which are of no further use) for dummy loads. PSON should be
a green wire, GROUND should be a black wire. +3.3 Volts should be
ORANGE wires on the left end. Of course, Dell made their own
(non-standard) variant of this.
