Hmmm, you are quite right. It is 40,000 on the Z axis, with a
10 TPI ballscrew. As you say, it is 20,000 counts/inch on the X
and Y with their 5 TPI screws. That is still .00005" (50 uin)
or 1.27 um resolution. Thanks for correcting me.
