As the problem of the head clean motor operation is solved as far as
my printer goes I'm happy with my decision, I'm also glad to be able
to fit a motor that is more suitable for moving a gantry.
I'm hoping to get back to printer things very soon as work has cooled
down a little.
About the SLC stuff, are you still implementing your version of the
SLC format? I can now tell you that the one on the web is correct as
files I created have been printed on an Objet 3D printer that uses
them. The CCW and CW rules do apply.
Another note on SLC, Rhino3 will export them even though it won't
import them but the demo version of 3D-doctor:
http://www.ablesw.com/3d-doctor/
Will import them so you can at least look at the layers.
