I managed to show them a file I had that included a leading float that
was zero but I didn't have the cad model to go with it. I couldn't
find anything wrong with the file you sent me.

The guy seemed to think that sometimes it was creating an empty layer
and has added a fix to go in the next build, I'm not sure when that is
to be released.
