New group idea {possible change in rules from list...

John, I am sorry, but I don't think that CCED really cares if you start
another group or not, many others have started groups after being in CCED, for
what ever there reason was, and I can't recall that at any time that "CCED" was
against it.
I pointed out that on the bottom of every post that there is a sister group
that already carry's, a lot of what is deemed "Off Topic" for the CCED group.

Personally, if you think your new group serves a purpose, then by all means
keep it active, but please don't blame it on CCED if you decide to close it.
Because I don't think that is fair to the CCED group.
