Even now, every new member to CCED is put on moderated status, until they
make a post that shows they should be removed. I am sure some people that have
never posted are still on moderated status. There is no effect to them
until they do post, and it can be delayed until a moderator checks, reads and
approves there post.
Yet anyone that wants to join, can do so with out delays.

How long has it been since you have seen a spammer that has snuck thru??
