Being the author of SheetCam I have to admit I am biased but I wouldn't
limit yourself to just looking at CAD/CAM packages. If you already have
CAD experience I would suggest using whatever CAD package you know well.
It takes quite a while to learn to use a new CAD package properly. If
you already know how to use one, why waste time learning another?

I use Dolphin turn and only use Dolphin CAD to convert the files from my
favorite cad package (CadDraw) to something that Dolphin CAM
understands. I am not saying Dolphin CAD is bad, I simply prefer to use
what I am used to using.
