200mhz latpop and Mach3?
It may be possible with a very stripped down version of win XP and max'd out on memory. Theres no way I'd even try on a cnc though. I have a couple panasonic's with 1.06ghz processors running windows XP Embedded. With the embeded software i'm running only whats needed for Mach. The computer boots in 10-20 seconds. So far runs flawless.
