You have a perfect machine for an OpenCNC retrofit. OpenCNC runs on an XP PC. It often uses a Vigilant PCI Encdac card to provide
the +/- 0-10 VDC to the servos.

Hi,

I'm looking at a huge Cincinnati Milacron with Heidenhein control, unfortunately the control is totally ruined and needs
replacement, the problem is the servos for the machine are huge and rated at 240V and 30A.
The machine is offered real cheap and would be a bargain if I could get it to work, so I was wondering if there is cheap way to
control such motors using a PC, I used Geckos before but know their rating is 80V and 20A.

Mina
