(150oz*in)*(1ft/12in)*(1lb/16oz)=150/(12*16)lb*ft=25/32lb*ft
No calculator handy but that is a lot closer to 0.8 lb*ft than to 9lb*ft.
Maybe Phil lost a decimal place using a slide rule.;)
