The CNC Toolkit may be the thing. There's a Yahoo group for it called
CNC_Toolkit. The software will generate 4 and 5 axis toolpaths.
It's a script that runs inside 3dsMax or GMax. The toolkit is now free
(and open source as well), and GMax is also free. GMax and 3dsMax are
artistic modeling applications, so they aren't very good CAD apps when
you need precise definition of measurements. They do have some
import/export filters though.
