Duhh, do I feel dumb now. I should have known that. We use G96 constant surface speed on our Haas all the time. It is crazy listening to the spindle wind up and down in speed when you are facing.

Guess I had my IT hat on instead as all that was coming to mind was Cascading Style Sheets as in web pages.
