I don't have the exact match but the model nu\mer tells most of the info needed.
The HY200 standads for a hybrid motor. Better than the PM type step motors.
The 4270 indicates that it is a nema 42 frame and has a holding torque of 1500 oz in. The 710 indicates that it is 7.1 amps per phase unipolar, or 5A bipolar series and 9.8A bipolar parallel.
the 8 indicates it is 8 wires. Maximum voltage is 140.
There are othwer motors that are availble that have similar characteristics. If there is an electrical problem with the motor then it probably took out the driver unless it had short circuit protection.
If you decide to retrofit it with other driver let me know and I can provide the wiring diasgram for the motors.
