I've got three of the encoders that John Grant was giving away. They're a
little large for my purposes and they don't provide an index pulse/rev, but
should be fine for DRO use. Also, I'm eager to experiment with the HEDS
series of encoders from HP so you're welcome to the encoders I got. E-mail me
your address and I'll send them to you along with a bale of information on
RS-274 g-codes and other interesting stuff.
