Yes Darrell, looks like you are correct. I went over there and found
out he has 2 series 1's.. 1 is a R2C3 and has a boss 8 control with
servos. The other machine is a V2E3 with heidnhain TNC145 controls
with servos.. And he confirmed up to boss 6 you could get steppers.
