actually it CAN be done on the mill
if I remember right (its been a while) it takes a cutter with a 45 or 60 deg
point with the head tilted at a compound angle and carefully walk the
tool in to remove the radius in the corner
hold a pencil pointing into the vertex of an inside corner to see how it
should work
