nope sounds good on paper but the eliptical path of the cutter will always
cut a radius. The only way I know of to get a real square corner is to bolt
two pieces together. Next comes broaching which is slow and tedious ( been
doing it for the last couple of days) but that will only come close to a true
square due to the rounding of the tooling corners, then comes EDM which is
only limited to the diameter of the wire and the erosion that the arc cause.
Trying to cut a square corner with an endmill is going to be limited to the
radious on the bottom of the mill and the corn of the endmill takes the most
abuse due to it cutting both the bottom and the side of what ever you are
cutting.
