I used VibraTite on mine, $12 or so for a tiny bottle. If you let it dry
properly on the screw, it will hold it in place yet allow adjustment.
This adjustment is very finicky. BTW, the ano isn't hard. Get too tight
and/or fail to keep lubed, you'll wear through it in nothing flat.
