If you have enough room (srew hole depth) you could use 2 socket head set screws in each hole. Adjust the first one and lock it in place with the other one.

This adjustment is very finicky. BTW, the ano isn't hard. Get too tight
and/or fail to keep lubed, you'll wear through it in nothing flat.

This adjustment is very finicky. BTW, the ano isn't hard. Get too tight
and/or fail to keep lubed, you'll wear through it in nothing flat.
