Could you try pulseing with the fill key after doing a config test. It
should fill the ring buffer, (you will see lights
ring around the logo, and then slowly turn off as it empties). If it does
that, then everything works. I wonder
why only the one k6 has a problem?.

PS: running the pulser shouldn't affect your computer
at all, when you started the program the timer starting running full out
anyway.
