Joe,

I believe Fidia, Seimens, and some Fanucs can support Nurb curve
direct input. To my knowledge, none of the hobby controllers can
process Nurbs directly. Not only that but it is next to impossible
to generate Nurb data to input to them. Maybe with Rhino, but I'm
not sure that that would actualy work, as all the present formats are
very proprietary. They would like to sell you some software with the
conroller. ;-) You might find an article in a past edition of
Modern Machine Shop. I think I saw one about 18 monts ago.
