Well, you could actually do this in a fairly short program with EMC.
I am hoping that there will be some more sophisticated features
added, such as do loops and if-then-else. But, I think that EMC
has the features so that a program to do this kind of thing could be
written. It would take a number of variables to do it, but there are
plenty available. It can do arithmetic expressions, such as
[#1000 = #1001 * 5.432 + #1003] and then use these variables
in the move commands, like G01 X#1000 Y#1001 so that
the same program block can do different things each time it is
called. I have used it to write extremely simple stuff that drills
holes with a fancy peck cycle at a number of locations. But, it
could do more complex things.

I have something like this done with the 'winskin' surface machining
feature of Bobcad/CAM, and it did not do a great job where the
curved part met the flat surface. it was good enough for the part
I was making, though.
