Just because a topic is not of personal interest is not reason to discourage
the discussion if it is along the lines of the groups scope. Discussing CNC
wood working is probably of far more interest to most than digitizers they
will never build or buy. If you notice the name of the group it does not say
that it is only for CNC in metal.

Your comment regarding what can be accomplished in wood with the proper
accessories is just as true in metal. I have seen many pieces made on manual
equipment that put some CNC work to shame.
