CNC Router Plans

Does anyone have plans available for a CNC router? I am looking for a
CNC Router that can be shop built without breaking the bank in the
process. I would like something with about a 24 x 36 inch bed and
capable of handling at least a 1.5 HP router to cut MDF, Plywood and
Melamine.
