--- if you feed at a rate faster than the chips can be cleared you
will end up with a mess. CNC does not mean you you can work at a
million miles per hour, speeds and feeds for the material being cut
must be respected.
Watch Norm Abrams and the speed he guides his router at on PBS tv. He
is my wife's dream boy, makes beautiful furniture in half an hour with
no mess!
