And on behalf of -all- newbies, thank you for asking. I know I learned
a lot.

I even have some 3/4 inch stainless rod, two of them about 4ft long.
Look like they are ground, not rolled, and I got them out of a trash
heap! It sounds like they'll be more than stiff enough using the tips
I've learned here.
