Hi Marcus,

Nope, not a diamond dresser. It's a 1/8" shaft cutter for a dremel
drill. 1" long, part #9929. I think I'll check dremel website (?), and
see if there's any information on it. I'd wager it's for engraving
little name plates or something. I've never used one! The carbide
"engraving point" is #9924.
