Tauseef,
I'm sure you already know, but you need a resistor in series with a
LED. Also, the line from pin 1 is used to "pull down" the SSS (Solid
State Switch) (-) terminal (+ to +5v). Actually, LED's should be
connected similarly (LPT pins as pull downs).
