Hi Tauseef,
I don't have a relay connected yet (I'm currently using a VARIAC to
control my Sherline), but an SSR (SSS) should work fine. Otherwise, a
transistor can be used to "drive" the relay. A 2N2222 used in common
emitter, coupled with a 2K resistor to base, should be able to "pull
down" the coil of a relay.
