Hello Rab,
I personally prefer the dental carbide and sintered diamond mills with 2,3mm diameter
to the Dremel scrap. I use Foredome motors for fine tuning by hand.
Perfect for adjust pinions are the mandrels with diamond coated steel discs.
Go to the next Dental laboratory supplier and you will be surprised by the different types.
Special tip: The acrylic dental shops use for inlays is better and cheaper than the shop
mould plastic. It copies perfect and is machinable in 5 minutes.
