Ok how do you get a 2 inch border around 12 - 10 = 2 / 2 sides = 1 inch each
side

other way is 6 - 4 = 2 / 2 sides = 1 inch each side

I WILL BE USING A FADAL VERTICAL MILL. MY PLAN WAS TO USE A 3/4 MINICUTTER
ABOUT 3000 RPM AND ABOUT -.600 PER PECK AND A FEED OF 20.IPM. DO YOU THINK
THIS IS TO MUCH? THE POCKET HAS A .25 RADIUS IN THE CORNERS AND I WANT TO
AVOID CHATTER WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST. YOUR INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
