I would make 4 holes in the corners with a drill of the same size as twice the radius required
then I would make a series of chain drilling about 1/8 diameter and drill both sides
(top and bottom) with a distance between the centers of the holes about .005 longer than
the diameter of the drill. When all the holes are drilled then the middle chunk could be
knocked out and the job milled out .

MY PLAN WAS TO USE A 3/4 MINICUTTER ABOUT 3000 RPM AND ABOUT -.600 PER PECK AND A FEED OF 20.IPM. DO YOU THINK THIS IS TO MUCH? THE POCKET HAS A .25 RADIUS IN THE CORNERS AND I WANT TO AVOID CHATTER WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST. YOUR INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
