Re: 1300 on the list now, "what you are doing"?

Thanks to the help of the people on this list, I have.

1) learned that home CNC at a resonable cost can be achieved.
2) know what "step and direction" means
3) built my learning tool, the "woodmill"
4) learned the difference between a "stepper" and "servo" motor
5) built a servo control box using Gecko G320's
6) ordered my Drill/Mill (should get it in 2 weeks)

My question will be coming... After I get my Drill/Mill I will have
many question about weather to fit it with ball screws or not.
Fitting the servo motors to the machine. How to drive the quill?
Checking for backlash.

During this waiting time, I'm trying to get a web site up with photos
of everything I have done. I will call it "Learning Home CNC"
