You might start with the dryer hose idea mentioned earlier
and "rubberize" it with the latex, or silicone. EAA'ers use silicone
on fiberglas cloth to make flexible baffles for firewall forward
aircraft installations. Similar environment.

P.S. Glued fabric "washers" will build a round bellows pretty quickly.
be sure the material can resist the chemicals of the environment, as
well with the glue.
