Are you sure your main service can handle the current draw?
Does that warranty cover the CNC machine? If so, and you think
the power mains can handle it, then you can probably go ahead. If
you can isolate which phases drive the CNC control, then you should
arrange the connection such that the CNC control is on the main 240 V
legs, not the generated phase.
