I'm using ISO VG 68 Way Oil. It definitely allows the machine (an ancient, and worn,
Bridgeport) to move smoothly. I am AMAZED at how easily it moves manually when I
have the ballscrews disconnected. I have to be careful, I could sent the table zooming
right onto the floor!

I still haven't figured out what to lube thwe ball screws with. They had a black grease
in them, so I'm thinking a Moly grease would be in order.
