These are very simple. You should have two allen grub screws holding
it on roughly 180 degrees apart. Remove them both and replace one in
the hole between the two you have just took out. Tighten this one and
it will self extract. That's all there is to it. Refitting is just
placing it in position and replacing the two original screws in the
180 degree holes.
If you examine the pulley and hub you will see that they are tapped
opposite for this to work.

On an aside note here I do a LOT of work with taperlock hubs pulleys
etc. I have a full set of drilling jigs I have made to place the
holes in the correct relationship.
I also have CAD files of these as a lot of times I will bore a
damaged pulley or gear out and fit a taper lock hub to reclaim the
pulley or gear.
