It is stamped "5 Phase Stepper"

5 terminals for the motor connection. Both units clearly state they
are 5-phase on the name plate."

Contacted the local Oriental Motor office, but they were not too
cooperative when they found out I was trying to get a controller for
non-Vexta motors. Anyway Vexta seem expensive.
