Save yourself some time and energy. Spend another $125 and buy Kellycam
www.kellyware.com

It will import RS-274X ( embedded aperature gerber files ) and output
isolation paths as G code.

Then use your favorite cnc control to cut them. I wouldn't recommend
Kellycam to run the stepper motors though. The motion is not very smooth.

However, I would recommend Master5CNC. I use Kellycam to generate my
toolpaths now and then Master5 to cut the traces.

I do have the $2K Isolator Pro software but it only outputs HPGL. Isolator
has more features but Kellycam gets the isolation job done quite well.
