Mechanical etching of PCB with MaxNC

Hello group,

I just ran a test of the Think & Tinker mechanical etching bit on my
MaxNC. The result looks pretty good.

I've also started experimenting with Cadsoft's (www.cadsoft.de) Eagle
schematic/PCB program. This free/almost-free program includes a
script (outlines.ulp) which generates mechanical PCB-etch outlines.
It's not too hard to generate mechanical-etch NC codes from that
(although it does take a little bit of work). I hope to have a write
up of the Eagle process in another week or so.
