Whoops. I *knew* I had left out something! I've updated the
document.

I ran the spindle just shy of the maximum. My motor is rated for
10,000 RPM, so I'm guessing somewhere around 8,000 to 10,000 RPM.

I don't have a tach yet... I plan on attaching an optosensor to my
PC to use as a tach... That'll happen after I get Eagle CAD working
the way I want and spit out a printed circuit board!
