yep the "outlines.ulp" file is included in the freeware version of Eagle-4.x
in the ULP directory
if you open the file in a text editor you'll find instructions in the comments
to add your own output formats to the ULP in 'C' syntax , just a few lines
should do it , the ULP already has HPGL for milling on the LPKF machines
then there would be no need to run the output thru yet another
conversion program
