Bidding on it! Maybe not just yet, the thing is way too big for our garage
as it is. I can only invisage it looking like a monster with the lights off
at night. You'd go through the door and there'd be this 7ft beast oggling
down at you. This mill had the controller on the head, it had num pads, an
lcd I think and a little hand wheel you turn for something or other to
adjust it electronically, it may have been the spindle speed. It's a shame
if it was sold for under £1000 because it just _looks_ like it's worth so
much more being so big when I saw it. I've decided to look for a part time
job at a car fitters or somewhere similar. My mum is reluctant to have the
mill in the first place, I think I should really put up the money first. I
can MIG/MAG Oxy /Acety weld quite nicely so we'll see what we see I guess.
I'll try Kwik Fit, I'm not hopeful though, last time I walked passed the
guys where so busy they were firing WD-40 across benches lighting it over a
candle.

I think I'll try and get a manual mill and then fit it out at some later
date when I have some money to hand. It'd let me get a feel for how the mill

size I expected to see, do you know what model this is? Is it just an R2E3/4
stripped down? One none cnc question, what is engine turning?
