I could do that, I think it'd need a few adjustments to speed it up
somewhat. I would actually like a rotary table but there's no real problem
without one immediately. At some point I wouldn't mind trying to mill the
profile on some turbine blades which would need the table to rotate the disc
for each blade to be in the same place. I see Vector with the 4th axis is in
the old four digit number range though. John is the ground near your
machines slowly sinking with all that weight on it? My mum was saying 'Why
do we need one of these huge buggers? Why not get the one from Machine
Mart?'. Have a look in machine mart's catalog, £938.83 for something (A mill
/ drill) with hammerite hammered finish paint and it comes shipped in a case
that's covered in squashed banana left overs. Also note the Smithy clone
machines. My little brother thought the BP Series 1 was funny because it was
massive and the tool left in it was like one from a dremel.
