Hi Ray.

We seem to have 2 converstions going here. if my spelling and grammar looks
real bad, it's because I am using kmail and I'm used to Outlook doing all my
spell checking and stuff.

I just cannot get the bin files to work. I untarred everytthing into the
original emc file and now emc.run won't work either. The ./minis.run returns a
no such file or directory as well as the "appears to be rtlinux...."

I thnik I sent you all the details from my wife's computer yesterday. You can
send any response to this address since I can now check my e-mail on this
system.

I need to understand the realtionship between the Linux and the RTLinux and the
connections better. It occurs to me that I have too much junk in the
/usr/local/emc/ folder after untarring the bin into that. Possible?

Which is the best system to use if I need coolant? The Bridgeport one? I think
I'm ready for some real world interfaces. Where is the best place to get a
breakout box for the parallel port? All voltages are 5v right?

What pin would I use for the probe signal?

I'm almost done with my modem and e-mail experiences. Where do I send the
completed documentt? I'd like to do it in Word, so how shoudl I format it, as a
text file, a .doc file or as a html file?

Can I get kmail to stop asking for a signature file? How about to wrap the
lines in the viewing window? There doesn't seem to be lot's of kmail
documentaion around.
