The port assignment is ECP. By the way, I can change the port assignment to
another port, ie, 378 or 278. and after rebooting to make it effective,
start CNCpro and works ok again until the next reboot. So the port
assignment does not to seem to have any effect on the problem.
The curious thing, is that DeskNC works without a flaw. I believe there is
something queer in the CNCpro setup
