I have a customer that is using CNCpro in a retrofit controller I designed
and installed for them on an old Ekstrom Carlson router. We have experienced
no problems at all with the software. We are using Version 3 I believe, and
are booting to windows 98 then starting CNCpro out of windows but it is set
up to exit windows and go into DOS when running.

Is it possible that the problem is DESKNC tying up the port when you reboot?
