Are your jumper blocks the standard 0.025 square on 0.1 inch centers? If so,
you might want to try wire wrapping the "correct" configuration. That way,
it's easy to make a change. Personally, I don't like soldering to jumper
blocks because it can be a real pain when you want to reconfigure them.
Any idea about the CAUSE of them not wanting to stay seated? Excessive
vibration, perhaps. There's lots of equipment with jumpers that functions
without any problems like you describe. You may want to try to analyze
exactly WHY they are unseating themselves and try to fix that problem.
